Holding deposit: equivalent of one weeks rent, which will be put towards your first rent due on completion of the tenancy. See the Tenants section of our company website for the rules on withholding / returning any funds from your holding deposit.
Any specially negotiated clauses agreed after the tenancy agreement is signed: £50 on each occasion an adjustment is made.
Deposit: equivalent to one months rent
Early termination: you will be charged the fee paid by the landlord for the preparation of your tenancy. You will be held to all terms of your tenancy (i.e. paying rent and utility bills) up to and including the agreed termination date of the tenancy.
