Maintenance is handled through Aidenn, our 24-hour triage system that protects both you and your tenants from unnecessary call-outs.

We serve statutory notices, coordinate renewals, and oversee check-outs and deposit release.

It’s the stress-free way to let, with complete transparency and communication at every stage.

Fee: 14.4 % of rent due + £600 administration fee (including VAT).

For landlords who prefer to stay hands-on once the tenancy begins.

We’ll handle the marketing, viewings, referencing and legally compliant paperwork, then hand everything over ready for your tenant to move in.

Our Let Only package includes:

Tenant selection and comprehensive referencing

Preparation of the tenancy agreement

Detailed inventory and schedule of condition

Deposit registration or transfer to your chosen scheme

Utility and council-tax switch at move-in

This service is designed for experienced landlords who are confident in managing their own compliance and day-to-day responsibilities.

With the Renters’ Rights Act introducing new requirements, only landlords with a clear understanding of current and upcoming legislation should choose this route.

After handover, management and ongoing compliance remain with you, but your tenancy will have started on the strongest possible footing.

Fee: 95 % of one month’s rent (minimum £800, including VAT).
