Your property is managed by Athelstans if you pay your rent to us each month and liaise with Kiera about your tenancy.
If you pay your rent directly to your landlord, your property is not managed by Athelstans. Please contact your landlord directly about repairs.
Choose the correct option
All routine repairs must be reported through the Street App so they are properly logged, tracked and sent to the tenancy management team.
If your issue is a genuine out-of-hours (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) emergency that cannot safely wait until the office reopens, please use the emergency option below.
Routine maintenance
Use this option for repairs that are not causing immediate serious damage, danger or safety risk.
Examples include appliance faults, minor leaks that can be contained, heating or hot water issues where there is no immediate risk, dripping taps, doors or windows needing adjustment, or general maintenance issues.
Out of hours emergency only
Use this option only if the issue cannot safely wait until the office reopens.
Examples include a serious water leak, total loss of electrics, an insecure property, fire or flood risk, or another issue causing immediate danger or serious damage to the property.
Please do not use the emergency route for routine repairs, appointment updates, general enquiries, minor leaks, appliance faults, or issues that can safely wait until office hours.
