Our fee structure is simple and transparent:
Fully Managed:
14.4% of rent due + £600 administration fee (including VAT)
Let Only:
95% of one month’s rent (minimum £800, including VAT)
Optional Add-Ons:
Rent Protection & Legal Expenses Insurance, tenancy audits, and compliance support.
We can also create bespoke packages for landlords with specific needs - from rent reviews to Section 13 notices.

We keep things fair, legal and easy to understand.
All tenant charges are set in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019:
Holding Deposit:
Equivalent to one week’s rent - deducted from your first month’s rent once referencing is complete
Tenancy Deposit:
Equivalent to five weeks’ rent - protected with the
Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS Custodial)
Tenancy Variations:
£50 (including VAT) for approved contract changes at your request
Early Termination:
If agreed, you’ll cover the landlord’s actual re-letting costs (including utilities and rent until replacement tenancy starts)
Default Fees:
Only charged where legally permitted (for example, late rent or lost keys)
