Routine repairs must be reported through the Street App so they are properly logged, tracked, and sent to the tenancy management team.
Use Street for repairs that are not causing immediate serious damage, danger or security risk.
Examples include appliance faults, minor leaks, heating or hot water issues where there is no immediate risk, dripping taps, doors or windows needing adjustment, general maintenance issues.
How to report your repair? Open the Street App and choose the maintenance reporting option.
